 It FIgurez prides itself in providing quality merchandise. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove the item promptly from display on ItFigurez.com. Display of an item on ItFigurez.com is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again.

Pricing

Prices displayed on ItFigurez.com are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time. Information Accuracy It Figurez Administration will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on ItFigurez.com contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters. It Figurez makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information and will not be bound thereby. It Figurez reserves the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Returns

You may return all deffective or damaged items purchased at It Figurez.com.You are required to notify ItFigurez within 48 hours that your item is damaged or deffective. Deffective or damanged items include but not limited to broken beads, loose stones, etc. Wrong size, changed your mind,  would fall under return for undamaged items. All return requests made for damaged or deffective items are subject to inspection by a licensed jeweler. All shipping or  manufacturer deffective or damaged items will be deemed as such and you will be notified that this is a true defective or damaged item.You will also be notified that a credit is being issued. If items returned as damaged or deffective are found to be of non manufacturer or shipping defect or damaged merchandise, this will be concidered a non manufacturer or shipping issue and a 10% restocking fee will be applicable.

 You may return all undamaged items purchased at It Figurez.com. It Figurez must be notified within 10 days of the original delivery.  Any return request made after 10 business days will not be accepted.   Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 10 percent may be added.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.   Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with Federal Law, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court. Termination It Figurez Administration may terminate this Agreement and deny you access to ItFigurez.com at any time, immediately and without notice, if in It Figurez Administration sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
