Why isn’t my discount or promo code reflected in my purchase amount?

 

Any promotional code that is offered will be reflected in the actual amount of your total, prior to any applicable taxes or shipping and handling Any discounted amounts using promo codes will be taken off the total amount automatically and will not reflect as a separate transaction on your invoice. For example if you have 5 items in your shopping card at check out you will see each items price lowered automatically by your promotional discount. if you have one item, you will see that item amount is less on your check out. To know that your discount was successful, you will see a notation towards the bottom of your invoice. This note will display as " you have just recieved xx% off" . If you have any further questions or concerns, please email us at info@itfigurez.com any instant discount for example the price is slashed and you see a lower price. no code is required and the sales price is what will appear on your invoice.

This offer is only while supplies last. Itfigurez.com reserves the right to end the promotion at anytime. All free diamond necklaces and jewelry boxes are yours to keep providing there are no returns. any returned item will result in a forefiture of the Free diamond giveaway & Free jewelry box, and all purchased goods including the diamond necklace & jewelry box,  must be returned prior to receiving a credit for the original purchase amount. No refunds for the diamond necklace or jewelry box will be given, as this is a promotional item and will not have any monetary or sale value with your order. Orders must be $2,500.00 or greater to receive the free diamond giveaway & jewelry box combination. . No exceptions will be made. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Once your order has been placed, your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive notification that your products have been shipped. The total estimated time for process and delivery is approximately 7-10 business days. Please allow extra time for weekends and holidays.

 

Can I have products sent outside of the United States?

Yes we can ship outside of the US, but keep in mind that all non-US orders can take longer than the normal in country shipping times.

 Do you allow returns?

Yes, www.itfigurez.com does allow returns for damaged or defective items (and unusual circumstances on a case by case basis). We will always try to accomodate all customers and their inquiries. Customers must contact it Figurez within ten business days of receipt of their merchandise to arrange a return. If after ten days a return will not be accepted (unless otherwise directed by It Figurez administration). If a return needs to be made please send an email to Info@itfigurez.com. Why can’t I use my promo offer code again?

All promotional offers can be used on a once per customer use only, unless otherwise specified in the advertisement where the offer was given. This does not however, limit the amount of different offers you can use on different shopping occasions. All promo codes are separate and can not be used in conjunction with each other.

 

Why do you show a few of the same item but they are all different prices?

Each item is different unless otherwise specified. The design of the jewelry may be the same however the carat weight of the metal or stone may be different. Please ensure you are looking at the description of the item to see the weight detail of the item.

 

Why do you show some items that say white gold or silver but the picture is in yellow gold ?

The reason we show some white gold and sterling silver products in yellow gold pictures is so that you as a consumer can see the design and cuts of the gemstone and gold  better. In some cases, when viewing the item in white gold or silver it is difficult to see the designs ( if the're are any) and the cut of the stone.

 

What if I forgot to enter my promo code during check out?

If you have received an offer code for a promotional item or discounted price on your purchase, the offer code must be entered at the time of purchase. If the code is not entered at the time of purchase the discount or promotional offer will not be honored at that time of purchase. If an order is processed and completed without the code no refunds or credits or refunds will be given. However, if you forgot to use your promo code during check out, you will be able to use it the next time you make a purchase. Please note once you have used a promotional offer code, you cannot use it again for another purchase. See your specific advertised offer for details and expiration dates.

Do you sell or use my personal information?

Where are you located?

Our headquarters is located in Phoenix, Arizona. We are registered and licenced in the state of Arizona and the city of Phoenix.

Do I have to pay Taxes on my purchase?

 Residence of Arizona are required to be charged the City of Phoenix resale’s privilege tax of 8.3% Purchases outside of the state of Arizona are not charged tax and are tax exempt. Shipping and handling fees are still applicable, and are based on your city and state location. Please visit www.aztaxes.gov for more information regarding sales tax in the state of Arizona.
