No one who knows nothing of American life could not ignore the enormous power of hip-hop music and culture. And Rhode Island Sat Seidel knows better than anyone.A graduate of Brown, who taught at the RI Training School, has directed youth programs at AS220, and had a radio hip-hop while in college, Seidel saw the scene from different angles.
