David S. Pollack is trial counsel at Duffy & Duffy, focusing on medical malpractice cases. Mr. Pollack joined the firm in January 2009. Since being admitted to the Bar in 1981, Mr. Pollack has obtained numerous multimillion dollar verdicts, including a $13.6 million dollar verdict in Elmira, New York against a maternal fetal medicine specialist for failing to avoid prematurity, resulting in Cerebral Palsy. He was also awarded a $7 million dollar verdict in Queens, New York, for delaying a diagnosis of breast cancer. Mr. Pollack served as a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association for nine years. He has been the attorney advisor to the high school mock trial team in his home town since 1994, and has lectured on many topics related to prosecution of medical malpractice cases, most recently "Courtroom Technology" for the Trial Lawyer's section of the New York State Bar Association.
