Menswear — dressed, not overdone
NEW YORK - Dressy but not too much was the message of men's fashion seen in tracks in New York for Fashion Week spring. There was a comfort adapted sports and recreational activities of color palettes but quiet, too. Contemporary, but not the brand was picky.
"I think the guys are looking for clothes that are easy, comfortable but always elegant," designer Robert Geller said before his show at Chelsea Piers. "They want to look well dressed, but not like they're trying too hard."
Nautica Chris Cox agreed.
"If you do not feel comfortable and confident, go back to the closet and start over," he said shortly after his presentation on the roof of the Hotel Empire.
Increasingly, the designer Michael Bastian said Gant, the men do not wear overalls. That, he says, everything changes and may require a reassessment of quality sports apparel already in the closet.
"Even if it's a polo shirt and chinos, they should be of the highest quality and fit perfectly," he said.
On the slopes, soft shirts, nylons and cottons are naturally relaxed.Even the fit and wear dressier was made in light fabrics that have taken the output voltage.

John Crocco referenced later to label the time spent Painted Desert in Arizona.
"I was drawn to the color palette of the desert - beautiful color dehydrated, which mixes well with neutrals," he said.
