O my God! I had the same problem. I am 28 now. My period was regular too. But gradually increased bleeding in a short time. I was so anemic. My ultrasound showed I had several large fibroids with adenomayoma. I was not even married then. doctor gave 4 shots of Lupron for 4 months and then did my surgery, removed 28 of them. but my continuous bleeding after surgery and the fibroids has made further progress in a short time.
